Loudoun Therapeutic Riding Foundation, Inc. currently operates a therapeutic riding program at Morven Park, an international equestrian center, and historic home and estate, listed with the National Trust for Historic Preservation. As their program expanded, we were asked to master plan and design a new facility. The facility will feature a new indoor arena and mounting area, a 14 stall barn with support facilities including a tack room and accessible groom stalls. The administrative portion of the facility features a staff lounge, therapy rooms, staff offices, a reception area, classrooms, observation room, rest rooms, and parking and services areas.
Our project features a sympathetic architectural design and the master plan that will be incorporated into the overall plan of Morven Park. This project is now moving into the design development stage.
