Seth Harry and Associates, Inc., was part of a team of planners, with Eduardo Castillo and Juan Pablo Rosales, responsible for the master plan for this TND project. The site bookends an existing neighborhood and seamlessly integrates the existing neighborhood into the new ones.
One of the firm’s specific roles was to develop and illustrate the merchandising plan for the development's commercial center. The commercial center surrounds a town green, that is located just off an existing road that runs through the site.
Seth Harry and Associates also contributed to the TND master plan, which responds to the topography on the site and creates distinct neighborhoods. The master plan was designed to accommodate building types specific to Guatemala.
