Seth Harry and Associates, Inc. was the successful contender, along with Mr. Harry's former employer, James Rouse, for a design/development RFP for the redevelopment of a gray-field riverfront industrial site on the Lagan River, in City Center Belfast, Northern Ireland.

The project is now almost fully built out, and has served as a lynchpin for further development along the Lagan River, including significant new public amenities and riverside promenade. The mixed-use development includes a 2,500 seat performance hall and conferencing center, a 250 room US flagged hotel, and the Northern Ireland headquarters for British Telecom, in addition to specialty retail and waterfront dining venues, all planned as a public extension of downtown Belfast’s existing urban fabric, greatly enhancing waterfront access and public utilization of the river amenity.
