RESORT

The firm’s resort projects are designed to the same principles and standards as their primary home communities, but often are in locations which support, second and/or vacation homes as well. These projects also incude a range of amenities and building types, such as club and pool houses, lodging, restaurants, incidental convenience (resort) retail, etc., typical of resort communities.

In certain locations, entire village centers may be part of the mix, both to serve the residents of the community, such as in Mont Luzerne, or a large visitor market, as with the Village Center at Cheshire, in Black Mountain, North Carolina which was planned and designed by Seth Harry and Associates as part of a team orignially assembled by DPZ and Company.
