Seth Harry and Associates designed this mixed-use building for a TND project in Tennessee. The ground floor houses a corner store, while the second floor has flex space that can accommodate either office or residential uses.
The design is typical of other buildings in the development, with vernacular architecture and materials often found in that region. The straightforward design reflects the utilitarian character of the building, but subtle details such as the arched windows and chamfered corner give this building it's necessary prominence as an important part of the urban environment.
