MALTA CROSSINGS Malta, NY

Malta Crossings is an infill, mixed-use project located on a major arterial corridor between Malta and Saratoga Springs, NY. It is the first project to be entitled in the Town of Malta based upon a recently adopted urban code, and it is intended to be an exemplar of the principles and techniques associated with this type of development.

It is also intended to provide a "bookend" to corresponding development within Malta's designated center, to help stimulate and encourage additional infill development along the corridor, consistent with these ideals.

In addition to designing the master plan, Seth Harry and Associates also provided schematic design services for the buildings.
