ELLSWORTH SQUARE

Ellsworth Square is a one block infill mixed-use development in the historic district of downtown Saratoga Springs, NY. Seth Harry & Associates worked closely with the client to craft a mater plan tht would complement the look and feel of the surrounding neighborhood, while maximizing the development potential of the site.

The approved project employs a mix of building types, including ground floor retail, arranged on site in relation to nearby uses. Internally, row houses front a formal green, which also accommodates an existing utility easement, and rear loaded garages front mid-block alleys, allowing sidewalks and street frontages to remain free of driveway crossings. Back to Urban Revitalization Projects
