Grand Rapids, MI
Seth Harry and Associates was selected to assist ICCF (Inner City Christian Federation) and its strategic partner, the Rockford Companies, in creating a healthy-vibrant, mixed-income, urban neighborhood in the Wealthy-Jefferson community, consistent with ICCF's long-term commitment and ongoing community development initiatives in the area.
The project is an infill development on an inner city site, in an ethnically and economically diverse area, which will be comprised of moderately priced, market-rate and low-income townhouses and multi-family units, with an additional 70,000 square feet of retail, including a high quality grocery co-op and between 25,000 and 150,000 square feet of office space.
The project will be based upon a formal regulating plan and form-based code, and has been strongly supported by, and closely coordinated with, the City's planning and economic development offices.
