PARK HEIGHTS NEIGHBORHOOD Baltimore, MD

Seth Harry and Associates produced an illustrative plan and marketing strategy to facilitate the redevelopment of the Park Heights neighborhood in Baltimore, Maryland, based on a palette of recognizable building types. Along with a sample form-based code, a series of before-and-after photo montages were produced to illustrate the possibilities of implementing a form-base code.
