Seth Harry and Associates produced a master plan for a vacant site on a major arterial in suburban New Jersey. While much of the site was un-buildable due to environmental constraints, the developable area was up against the street, and so the plan calls for buildings to line the primary frontage, with an interior parking lot behind. An edge drive follows the wetlands boundary, and extends to the edge of the site to encourage future development on neighboring parcels to continue the newly created street network to help supplement the existing arterial.
