Seth Harry and Associates was part of a team charged with creating a new form-based code and development vision for a small neighborhood in a coastal town in Florida. Among others, one of the firm's specific tasks was to develop a plan for the buildout of an existing strip shopping center.
The series of diagrams illustrates the phased development plan, with incremental infill development on the existing surface parking lot, and retrofit of the shopping center. The creation of a street and block network is integral to the success of the plan, reducing demand at the intersection of two major roads.
