| Augusta, GA Proposed as the walkable, mixed-use final phase of an otherwise conventional suburban community development, the Riverwood Village Center was conceived around the programmatic equivalent of a grocery-anchored neighborhood shopping center. A network of small streets and blocks immediately adjacent to the proposed Village Center were designed to accommodate smaller lot single family detached and attached homes, front tree-lined streets with sidewalks and on-street parking, situated around neighborhood parks and greens.
