This proposed new development is still in the land-assembly stages, but represents a developer-driven proposal to marry a CCRC and a grocery-anchored community shopping center in the form of a compact, walkable mixed-use community.
The plan and overall development concept was put together by Seth Harry and Associates, Inc, in response to the developer’s interest in the property relative to market interest in those two proposed uses. Seth Harry and Associates Inc., prepared preliminary planning and design concepts, including regional architectural precedents and a preliminary form-based code, to help sell the concept to the identified end-users and the existing property owner.
