Needhams point is a waterfront traditional mixed-use community on the island of Barbados, situated in the eastern Caribbean. The project is a planned for a surplus industrial site (former powerplant) located along a busy peripheral island arterial, with sufficient depth to accommodate a full traditional neighborhood development, including a compact walkable network of streets, parks, plazas and greens, punctuated with appropriate sites for civic and other important buildings.

The site’s ample water frontage allows for both traditional neighborhood frontages on the water, as well as a uniquely dramatic point, with topography, which provides the opportunity for a signature resort development anchoring the far internal reaches of the project, and providing spectacular views of the Caribbean Sea, as well as back toward the project itself.
