SAN FRANCISCO MORAN Guatemala City, Guatemala

Located on a former coffee plantation and next to a new limited access highway, San Francisco Moran is a new TND development that Seth Harry and Associates collaborated with Grupo Origo, Jaime Correa, and Eduardo Castillo to produce the master plan.

The topography drove the design, with neighborhoods being designed on the relatively flat sites, while the sites too steep to build on will still be used to grow coffee.

Each discreet neighborhood is designed as a secure block, with a gated entrance to each one, based on the accepted understanding of the Guatemalan housing market.
