Carribean
Seth Harry and Associates, Inc., collaborated with a local architecture firm, to develop an overall merchandising strategy and master plan for a proposed infill mixed-use development in the area of a major city in the Carribean, a rapidly growing suburban employment center at the intersection of three major island arterials.
Probably the largest infill development project of its type on the Island, this project is intended to introduce a more urban pattern of walkable, mixed-use development into the current suburban context, in order to address changing consumer tastes, maximize the value of the underlying real estate, and create a unique destination where the physical planning and design of the project is as much of the attraction and experience, as the tenants themselves.
The project will include a large office component, a branded department store, a cinema, various dining and entertainment establishments, and a combination of local and branded retail tenants, all within a comprehensively managed, walkable urban setting, which reflects the local climate, natural environment, and building and cultural traditions.
