The project was designed to allow the Defense Contractor to consolidate a number of smaller fabrication and assembling sites in southern Maryland into a single combination headquarters and administration office and comprehensive fabrication and assembly facility, and was completed and occupied in 2022.
The 70,000 sq. ft. structure -- located adjacent to an existing residential community, was designed to complement the traditional architectural styles in the area, while also reflecting the highly technical nature of the processes and activities housed within.
Seth Harry and Associates was the design architect and architect of record for the pre-engineered, steel-framed building, which provides logistical support and fabrication and assembly capabilities for a variety of defense-related, military equipment and training systems.
