Rohoboth Beach , DE
For a new resort/primary home community in Rehoboth, Delware, planned on New Urbanist principles, Seth Harry and Associates was asked to come up with schematic design options for a new clubhouse and ancillary buildings, intended to evoke the look and feel of a small, traditional village center, in a small town suburban infill context.
Working within the conceptual framework plan produced by the community’s planner, Townscape Design, the firm generated several schematic plan iterations designed to meet both the programmatic and urban design parameters call for by the client team, enhancing the historic character of nearby neighborhoods.
