Seth Harry and Associates provided architectural design services for the renovation and retrofit of this Louis Kahn-designed warehouse into corporate office headquarters.

After sitting vacant for years, the successful renovation of this building led to immediate leasing of the space. The design called for updating the interior and exterior of the building while respecting and responding to the original Kahn design.
